Terms of Service
1. The service
Ezer is provided by Gide Oy, Helsinki, Finland ("we", "us"). These terms apply to anyone who uses Ezer or this website. Ezer is available by invitation. Where an organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
2. Accounts
Access to an organization's Ezer instance is given by that organization. Keep your sign-in methods to yourself and tell us at harald@gideagency.com if you think your account has been misused.
3. Your information
The organization and its people keep all rights in the information they connect to Ezer. You give us permission to process that information only to provide Ezer to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only connect information you are allowed to share with Ezer.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Ezer to break the law or the rights of others.
- Do not try to reach information you are not authorized to see, or to disrupt or probe the service.
- Do not resell or copy the service without our written permission.
5. AI-generated output
Ezer's answers and analyses are produced with AI models from the information available to it. They can be incomplete or wrong. Check important facts against their sources before relying on them. Ezer does not give legal, financial or investment advice.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Ezer available and secure, but we provide it as it is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or improve the service. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you can do.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Ezer at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. When an organization's service ends, its information is returned or deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are settled by the Helsinki District Court, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
